Our Services

Reservations and Payment- To reserve your horse's trip we require a 50% deposit. This will be deducted off the final invoice. The remaining portion will be due upon pick. Special circumstances will allow final payment at time of delivery. Payment must be made in the form of Cashier's Check, Money Order, or Cash.


We realize in some cases your horse's trip might be last minute. In this case if your reservation has been made in less than 96 hours then full payment can be paid at pick-up or deposit can be made via electronic check.

Cancellations

Cancellations prior to 72 hours of the trip $50.00 processing fee applies. Less than 72 hours but prior to 24 hours 25% applies, and Within 24 hours of the trip 50% of the trip applies.

Special Services

Our quotes are quoted from door to door delivery. The following surcharges may apply if not in the original quote.
  • Box Stalls are optional depending on the load size. (No Additonal Fee if available)
  • Small Trunks / Saddles $15.00
  • Mid Size $25.00
  • Heavy or Large Trunks $50-75
  • Change of Location $15.00 plus addtional mileage
  • Waiting Time for Pick-up or delivery after 1 hour a waiting $50 per hour applies.
  • Difficult to Access (if not in the original quote)
  • Hard to Load / Unload Fee - Fee of $50.00 per hour after the first 30 minutes of attempted to load and unload.
  • Lay-Overs - This is only used if the trip is going to take over 15 hours of driving time. Most lay-over fees will be estimated in the original quote.
