Razor

Razor is the sureshot of the SWAT Kats. He is the weapon systems operator of the TurboKat. With his precise accuracy, he can take down any jet. His real name is Jake Clawson, who was kicked off the enforcers, along with his buddy, Chance Furlong. Now he is married to Ricochet, and has a son who is the newest member of the SWAT Kats.
