Felicia's friend who took her in when Felicia had lost her home and was in danger. Isis is a hacker who got herself in trouble one time with Hard Drive. But on the good side, she was able to produce information to help the SWAT Kats, and Ricochet. At first she didn't like Chance but then she sees the good side of him and falls in love. Her and Chance do end up getting married. They have a son but he was kidnapped by Dark Kat and was never seen again.
