Sometimes there are just rules in baseball that you don't understand. It can be about the Rule 5 draft, eligibility for arbitration and free agency, calls made in a game, etcetera. The list can go on. Well here the staff will try to simplify those rules. If you have a question about a rule and would like us to write about it then feel free to email me.
