Add Appointments
The Appointments section of this application is not an integrated part of the entire
application. Numbering the appointment is automatic, the date is MM/DD/YY when entered,
Time is HH:MM (don't forget the AM or PM), First Name, Last Name, Phone, Called (if you use a system of patient reminders
the day before) is nothing more than a check box, as is Kept
