About the NETXQRP Club

Founded in September, 2000, the NorthEast TeXas QRP Club is a group of amateur radio operators who enjoy the challenge of building and operating low power radio equipment.

Meetings

The club meets once a month at a site in north Texas for lunch, comraderie, and talk about QRP, radios and antennas. We follow the Norcal model: no officers (well, we do have a grand pooh-bah but it's an honorary position) no agenda, no minutes..we just visit and enjoy each others company. Visitors are always welcome to attend our meetings no matter which part of the country you may hail from.

Los Hermanos Mexican Restaurant
1500 W. Moore Ave. (US 80 West)
Terrell, TX
Phone: (972) 524-5580

Directions:
Los Hermanos is on the western edge of Terrell. It is on the north side of US-80 (Moore Ave.) about a block east of the intersection of US-80, SH-205, and SH-148. SH-205 goes north from US-80 toward Rockwall and SH-148 goes south back across IH-20. Los Hermanos is a small restaurant and is easy to miss but keep your eye open and you should be able to find it with no problem. So come join us for some good Tex-Mex food and lots of radio talk!

If you have a favorite QRP something you'd like to bring along, please do. Come join the fun!
