BILL Q. BANKSTON, 95, of North Richland Hills,
TX, passed away on Aug. 31, 2019, with burial in
Mount Olivet Cemetery at Fort Worth.
Bill was born Nov. 22, 1923, in Ranger, TX, to
Carl & Annie Bankston. He was a graduate of Ranger
High School in the Class of 1941. Bill also served
his country proudly in the U.S. Navy in both WWII
and Korea.
Bill was preceded in passing by his wife, Frances
Bankston.
Survivors are daughters, Judy Conoley and husband,
David, and Billye Sue Kern and husband, Charlie;
five grandchildren; & eight great-grandchildren.
His sisters were Frances Bankston Williams (RHS-
1946) and Wilma Bankston Mace (RHS-1937).
