Ranger Exes Memorial - RHS Class of 1937

Wilma Bankston WILMA BANKSTON MACE, 92, of Odessa, TX, died on Oct. 16, 2012, at Pecan Mannor Nursing Home in Arlington, with burial at Ector County Cemetery, the Odessa Section. She was born in Ranger, TX & attended Ranger High School in the Class of 1937. Wilma was a graduate of Parkland Hospital nursing school in Dallas. In 1939, she married Henry A. Mace who died in 1999. She resided in Odessa most of her life. At the time of her death, survivors were daughters; Linda Rocke and Janice Mace Dolmage; son, Rodney Mace; brother, Bill Bankston (RHS-1941); sister, Frances Bankston Williams (RHS-1946); three grand- children; and four great-grandchildren. HUSBAND: HENRY ARTIE MACE, 91, of Odessa, TX died on March 5, 1999 in Odessa, with burial at Ector County Cemetery. He married Wilma Bankston (RHS-1937) in Dec. of 1939 at Ranger, TX. Henry was born on Sept. 30, 1907 in Stephenville. Survivors at the time of his death include his wife, Wilma Mace of Odessa; son, Rodney Artie Mace of Houston; daughters, Linda Rocke of Jal, NM, and Janice Mace of Midland; brother, Lyle Mace of Graham; sister, Maydell Roquemore (RHS- 1938) of Ponca City, OK; five grandchildren & two great-grandchildren.
