Liz inseminated, Carly’s party and the hurricane, Courtney runs off the road in the storm, Nikolas finds her and brings her into Lorenzo’s stables. Liz is pregnant, Courtney encounters an inebriated Nik on the pier and he kisses her, NiCo trapped on hospital roof during rain storm. Liz witnesses Nik & Courtney kissing goodbye, Courtney finds herself on a plane to the Bahamas with Nik, wind up in rooms across from each other at the hotel, Emily finds Nikolas & Courtney together and accuses them of having an affair, Courtney & Nikolas make love, Courtney tells Jax about their night together, Nikolas takes Courtney on vacation away from PC, Liz miscarries, Courtney continues to have bouts of nausea and suspects that she’s pregnant. Courtney’s pregnant, Courtney tells Nikolas she’s pregnant, Nikolas tells Courtney that he will stand by her, paternity test. Courtney has a run-in with Helena, Nikolas & Emily surprise Liz & Lucky with the wedding, Courtney tells Jax that he is the father, Nikolas is disappointed, Nikolas invites Courtney to join him on Liz & Lucky’s honeymoon train, train wreck in the tunnel, Courtney falls, Nik & Liz get trapped in a cave-in and are overcome by a gas leak then rescued, Nikolas & Courtney agree that they want to move forward together, Helena threatens Courtney then pushes her off the docks, Nikolas has Helena committed, Nikolas & Emily sign their divorce papers, Courtney is hit by a tree limb, Nikolas & Emily take Courtney to the ER, Courtney & Nikolas have another paternity test done at Mercy, Courtney tells Jax, the second paternity test confirms that Jax is the father, Jax & Nikolas fight over the second paternity test in Kelly’s, Christmas montage, Courtney learns that Nikolas’s plane was sabotaged, NYE montage. Nikolas & Courtney #3 January 3 - March 31, 2006: 8 hour original edit
Nikolas proposes, Nikolas takes Courtney to the Dominican Republic, Nikolas & Courtney celebrate their engagement at the MetroCourt, Nikolas tells Courtney that he loves her, Courtney arrives in South Carolina but is kidnapped and held hostage by Helena, Nikolas collapses as a virus epidemic strikes PC, GH is quarantined, Nikolas & Sonny share hospital rooms at GH, Courtney is brought into the ER, Nikolas’s condition continues to deteriorate as Courtney has the baby, Nikolas receives a dose of the serum, Courtney has a baby boy, Jax tells Courtney that Nikolas is the baby’s father, Courtney asks to see Nikolas, Courtney tells Nikolas that she loves him then dies. Nikolas visits baby John, Nikolas offers to make arrangements for Courtney, Jax tells Nikolas that John has the virus and is not expected to live, John receives the antidote, Nikolas grieves for Courtney, Courtney’s memorial, Nikolas scatters Courtney’s ashes.
