Since all items are custom made there are no returns or exchanges on made to
order items. Before work begins, I require a payment to cover the cost
of fabric and notions and this money is nonrefundable once the fabric and
notions are purchased. Please allow 3 weeks for delivery on all items
except for afghans, which take up to 6 weeks for delivery. There is an
extra fee of 15% for rush orders. To place an order, please, complete
the ordering form and email to:
seamsbysusan2002@yahoo.com. You may print and complete the form
and mail to: Seams by Susan, 5642 Maple Tree Dr., Memphis, TN 38115. I
will contact you with the price of the fabric and notions, if applicable,
and you may send a money order or check made out to: Susan Henderson.
Final payment must be made before items are shipped. If you have any

All items will be sent USPS Priority Mail and the shipping and handling rates are as follows: $4.95 for orders up to $20.00 $5.95 on orders from $20.00-$50.00 $7.95 on orders from $50.00-$70.00 $9.95 on orders from $70.00 and up $18.95 for afghans Insurance is optional and extra.
