What is the typical class
schedule? |
The classes
usually start at 8:30 am unless
other wise noted. The
classes end at approximately
4:30 pm. You will be
provided with an hour lunch
break. |
How do I cancel out of an
Insight training course? |
If you need to
cancel out of an Insight
training course, please contact
our Customer Service Department
by phone at 301-877-6602 or by

contactus@insighttraining.org.
Registrants are required to
cancel at least 10 business days
prior to the first day of the
course. Registrants who cancel
less than 10 business days prior
to a course date are subject to
a service charge equal to 50% of
the standard course fee. |
Will there be hands-on sessions?

Yes, the majority of courses
offer hands-on sessions. When
needed, you will be provided
with the equipment needed to
participate in the training
session.

How should I dress?
|
There is no dress code, just
dress comfortably. Given
fluctuations in air conditioning
temperatures, you may want to
bring a sweater or jacket.

What academic average do I have
to maintain in order to
successfully complete training?
|
In order to successfully
complete training, a minimum
academic average of 80% must be
maintained. |
What happens if I miss class
time due to sickness/injury
during training? |
Students are allowed to miss
only 10% of the overall
instruction time due to
illness/injury. Therefore if the
time missed exceeded the
allotted 10% you would have to
be withdrawn from the class. |
