McGill OUTREACH PROGRAM

PROPOSED SCHEDULE FOR THE MCGILL OUTREACH PROGRAM 2002-2003

All Outreach clinics are scheduled on Thursday nights except for 3 clinics to be held at the Montreal General Hospital
Equipment is setup between 4:30pm and 5:45pm on the day of the clinic at the designated institution
A free dinner is available to all volunteers at the start of the evening
Students are requested to be at the designated institution with clinic attire and their instruments by 5:45pm and to stay until clinic ends and the equipment is put away
Supervising staff are requested to be present from 6:15pm to 9:30pm and to wear a lab coat
Patient appointments are booked for 6:15pm and 7:30pm
Charts must be completed in full along with student and clinical staff signatures
