Rebel comes from some of the best genetics around in the breed. He is very correct overall being very long, sharp, deep-bodied, flat-boned, and very very small in size. His first milking daughters both here and in other herds have been doing very well in the show ring and milk pail. We don't know of any other Nigerian buck to throw the consistency in MSL that this guy does making him worth his weight in gold. One thing I have seen looking at so many Nigerians is that this breed as a whole needs a lot of work in that area. His first permanent champion daughter MCH Castle Rock Sky Lupine owned by the Castle Rock herd has done very well showing in CA earning her MCH and star in milk production as well as going best udder 11 times! Sky's litter sister Castle Rock California Poppy also earned her milk production star last year. He now has 2 permanent champion daughters in our herd! CH Poppy Patch RC Semi Sweet and CH Poppy Patch RC Poppy Seed as well as several others with championship legs.

Monty is the sweetest buck you could ever meet! Just look at him sucking up to the camera and showing off, he knows that he is hot stuff! This guy is like a big teddy bear with a bad case of buck odor. When we clipped him down for the first time we were not disapointed, this guy is bursting with muscle and power all over. He has been producing kids with improved traits in all areas. Monty has produced some very nice kids and grandkids both here and in other herds. His Granddaughter MCH/CH Twin Creeks WB Fanciful owned by the Everwood herd in CA finished her Championship in both registries. Monty also has a CH daughter in our herd- CH Poppy Patch FM Betty Boop. Monty's beautiful littermate sister Ponders End Striptease is also a part of our herd although she is now retired.

WGF Sally produced top Sugar Creek animals like Nellie and Sally's Nate(sire of ARMCH Nate's Patience 06 Natl. best udder doe) His sire goes back to ARMCH/GCH Show Tunes, ARMCH Silhouette & line-breeding back to his dam with Sally's Nate in the mix. Max produced some beautiful kids for the Honey Goat herd before coming to us. Thank you Suzanne for letting him come here! We plan on using him on some of our top does this year.

Mischief combines some of the top bloodlines in the Nigerian breed with 2005 reserve national champion ARMCH Rosasharn Tom's Bit-a-Lilly as his dam. 2000 national champion maternal grand dam ARMCH Goodwood Water Lilly. His maternal grandsire is the legendary ARMCH Goodwood Tom Thumb. Paternal granddam ARMCH Rosasharn's Uni is the all time breedleader in milk production and the dam to several ARMCH daughters. His sire's line also goes back to 07 AGS Nat. champion ARMCH Buckwheat Honey. We feel this guy should combine well with our dairy type does. He is extremely dairy with tight sharp withers, long body and rump. As an added bonus he also has goat jewlery also known as wattles which we love. Have semen from this buck. Playboy is our newest addition coming from the PromisedLand herd in NC. We have high hopes for this boy. His dam Sunday's breeder says of her- "She freshened with the highest, widest rear udder in the herd. It is AWESOME" His sire is a son of CH/ARMCH Buttin' Heads Wedding Song who is well-know for her udder and multiple ADGA best in show wins. As an added bonus his coloring is almost exactly that of a purebred Toggenburg which makes him extra special since we used to raise Toggs. Update- Playboy's dam Sunday is now a GCH in ADGA earning her permanent championship and milking star as a milking yearling! She was also named best udder in show at a ADGA show over all the big girls recently--as a yearling! Most of our does were bred to Playboy this year. He had a wonderful Summer vacation in the doe pen and got a bit more than his share of the does. Luckily all these first kids from him are turning out beautiful!

He is another CH/ARMCH Wedding Song grandson like Playboy so his kids should be able to line breed back to Playboy's kids successfully. He is also quite a classy young guy in solid black. His first kids have been beautiful!

We do not normally keep many buck kids out of first-freshening does but this year has been an exception. From the time this guy popped out and stood on his feet for the first time he seemed to know he was something special. He looks like a carbon copy of his sire being long, sharp, angular and high at the withers. Plus he has his sire's trademark wattles! Wildman's dam freshened with one of the nicest yearling udders we have seen and has been a consistent and easy top in every yearling milker class she was shown in all year. We named him after our home town of Montesano(MON-ta-SAY-no).
