Ummmm....Excuse me, Auntie, but shouldn't the ingredients for Maple Syrup be.............

Maple syrup gives us the strength of a TREE!
Now...about those pancakes...
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup brown rice flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1 1/4 cups rice milk
- 1 Tablespoon evaporated cane juice
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (soaked overnight)
- 1 cup chopped apples
- 1 tsp cinnamon
(Here's Aunt Jemima's...with bleach and aluminum! E-gads!)
INGREDIENTS: ENRICHED BLEACHED FLOUR (BLEACHED WHEAT FLOUR, NIACIN, REDUCED IRON, THIAMIN MONONITRATE, RIBOFLAVIN, FOLIC ACID), SUGAR, LEAVENING (SODIUM BICARBONATE, SODIUM ALUMINUM PHOSPHATE, MONOCALCIUM PHOSPHATE), SALT, CALCIUM CARBONATE
