History:
His life started off rough, as his parents gave him little to no attention, even the runt was loved more than him. He left as soon as he knew he could take care of himself. Even in the wild he was shunned by pokemon as weird because of being albino. The only ones who gave him the most attention were trainers, who only wanted him due to his color.
