Su Walker has a free on-line Intuition 101 course. In addition, Oralin has some free on-line courses to help develop your inner guidance and psychic abilities. The courses are all pretty short but would add some supplemental exercises and guidance. So, if you're so inclined, they recommend doing the courses in the following order:
