The Universe is very complex. One of its biggest complexities is how did it all start? The division of physics that tries to explain this is called cosmology. This may be one of the oldest branches of science in existence. Its this that started religions. People have always wondered why are we here and how did we get here. Finding the start of it all would satisfy the curiosity of many. Nobody knows for certain how it all started but there are people who have developed theories to try and explain how it all began. There are a few more popular theories that will be explained on this site. These theories include the Big Bang, Creation, and the Steady State. There are a few other mainstream theories but these are usually attempts to explain where the matter in the other theories came from. Scientist believe that by studying and understanding our past we can better predict the future. This could be useful information and we could use it to even predict if and when it will all end.
