John Moore

Remember That guy that won the 10 bird kit of Monty  Neible birds from the NBRC raffle back in 1999?

  What happen to the birds?

  Well It was John Moore.

John and I will tell you what's happening with the birds Monty sent him.

In 1999 John had gotten the years membership to NBRC.  "I was looking to see who was who and where the good birds were.  I saw the bird raffle and bought $5 worth of tickets.  I  didn't have a cage but I was just looking around to see what was happening in the bird world. About five months went by and the phone rang. You are the lucky winner of the 10 birds from Monty Neible.  I didn't even know who Monty Neible was.  Will I think I need a cage. After talking to some of the local roller guys I found out who Monty was and new I would be getting some good birds.

With all it takes to get birds from Canada to Los Angeles I thank  NBRC and all involved in getting the birds to me.

I tried to fly them but lost three and told myself that maybe I shouldn't fly them if I wanted to keep them and for the last five years I've been breeding them.  I now have 6 pair of the Neible birds breeding.  I have 18 pair in all, some birds from Jessie Comer and John Jones.  I love my Monty birds and hope to be flying a kit of all Neible birds in next years competition .

This is my best producing pair and the only hen and cock I was able to fly and pull out the air for breeding so far. You know how hard it is to keep young bird around.  I have a kit of hens and a kit of cocks in the air now plus a few mixed in the other kits fling.
