Folken is a Zaibach Stratego (military strategic advisor). He basically coordinates and carries out some of Dornkirk's plans. He has an awsome voice, I reckon, in the english dubbed version of Escaflowne, much like that of Zarbon on Dragonball Z. Escept without the australian accent, which is kindof funny cause Zarbon's an alien so I don't where he could of picked it up. Yeah don't like Folken japanese voice as much but it's still really cool. He also has these rockin' black wings which are way cooler than Van's white ones. He's not really into expressing himself much and is usually really calm and collected. He doesn't really rush into things.

He's quite the opposite of Dilandau, whom he has "authority" over. You see Dil doesn't really listen to him much. I think he's a rather scarred person you know ordering Dilandau to attack his home country and everything that was pretty mean. Aww, poor Fenalia, why didn't Van die?! Oh well, yeah Merle too, mohaha.

Folken was the one who created the stealth manteaux and helped Dornkirk create the fortune machine. All and all Folken's probably one of my favourite characters.
