1st part- The panoz pressure check point race, either in TT or DB7 you just have to set a time they have to come within to make it to the second part
2nd part- a 10minute CNR game where they have to deilver gold at least twice or something like that!
You can cutomise your won individual tryout but try to stick to the basics above!
Also its very important to chat to the person wanting to join the team so you know they're fun, mature and are gonna be fairly active as its pointless to recruit someone whos never online again after that day!!
A good way of doing tryouts is to set up a basic team usa game (dont put tryouts anywhere in title or info) and jsut post a message saying something like "Team USA- a great team for racing and good fun, jion game_ for info on joining!"
Finally, make sure you get them to sign up on here and get USA_ at the front of there name! It is okay for them to put it at the end too, but we prefer it at the front if you can pursaude them!
Then just remember its a fun team, we're not really competitive, just out to have fun, keep it friendly!

Doing tryouts can be very boring and you can get alot of abuse from other zoners, you need to be patient and if you start to get annoyed or bored go and play a game and then come back later!! Make sure you get good members!
There may be some exclusive things (pending) offered to the highest recruiters. This DOES NOT mean that you should just get anyone to join just so you can win. It will also be taken into account whether or not your recruited members are active.
