A woman with coal black hair and startlingly blue eyes walks by you on her way to the Sands, and pauses to greet you. "Weclome to Dragon Island, where dragons and people live in harmony. I am Tsuga. Please read the rules before joining, and if you need anything, let me know!" She smiles briefly before rushing off.
