Discs: 4 Developer: Squaresoft Best Internet Price: $24.09 US at Amazon.com Estimated Playing Time: 60+ hours Reviews: Adrenaline Vault Final Fantasy VIII differed from it's predecessor, Final Fantasy VII, most in the fact that it was more high tech than the cities of FFVII. Final Fantasy IX itself gets back to the bones of what a real FF RPG is, while still keeping the 'techies' happy. The game centers, again, around saving the planet, this time from Kuja. Zidane Tribal, along with his gang of black mages, knights, summoners, princesses and more, must save the world from Garland and Kuja. He meets up with people like Princess Garnet Til Alexandros XVII, Steiner, Vivi, Eiko, Quina, Amarant and others. The gameplay in this game can go on forever because of the excessive amounts of sidequests, making it a truly unique game.
