Challenging all Reggae Bands and Reggae Artists! You are a touring band/artist and would like to have a hit song on your CD you offer for sale? Now you can! And the best: There is no entry fee to participate, no up-front payment. If you have not listened to the song "Dutty Water" yet, you can do so by visiting my myspace profile . There you will also find the lyrics to Dutty Water and the review "Dutty Water" received from Steve Gilmore. To enter the contest, just fill out the form below and press submit. Please note, that you MUST have a webpresence in some way, either by having a webpage or having at least a myspace page with your music. We will then send you the mp3 file (with vocals and without)as well as the lyric sheet, by e-mail. Once your recording of "Dutty Water" is complete (prior to the Deadline), submit your recording to us by e-mail (10MB max - mp3) or send us a link, where we can download your version. A panel of judges will judge the recording by quality and artistic delivery. The Grand Prize is a recording contract for "Dutty Water" and the winner(artist or band) will be able to sell this hitsong on his/her/their CD and online. The winner(s) will be announced on this website, on myspace, on soundclick and of course you can post the information on all of your sites and use it for promotional purpose.
