WARRANTY INFORMATION
All products listed above are guaranteed to operate satisfactorily for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This is a performance warranty only, not to include unsatisfactory operation due to misuse, abuse, neglect, operator error, or acts of God. In the event of a claim, the unit(s) must be shipped at the owner’s expense to InfoRadio, where the said unit(s) will be repaired or replaced free of charge and return shipping costs. If any unit(s) is not found to be defective, a flat rate of fifty (50) dollars per hour, plus parts, will be assessed for repairs. In this event, the customer must prepay all charges and return shipping costs before the repaired or replaced unit(s) is returned.
