On completion the purchaser will reimburse the vendor with the seller's contribution in the sinking fund including building insurance paid on the March 03 invoice (£500 approx). Double glazing is being installed into the communal areas of the building late summer/early autumn 2003. There is currently around £6,000 in the "sinking fund" which should cover the cost plus perhaps a little extra from the June 03 sinking fund contributions from the 12 owners. 8 of the 12 dwellings within the block have added double glazing in the last 18 months - following on from the November 2001 AGM when it was agreed that this would be an individual liability and not a block cost. It is anticipated that the remaining 4 apartments (including this one) will take the opportunity to install double glazing at that time. Cost per apartment is expected to be around £3,000. Following on from this the exterior paintwork will be renewed on the balconies etc and the front wall will be renovated, which will also be paid for from the sinking fund. Council Tax is band E Please click on the links below to view the maintenance bills, including sinking fund contributions for the past year. These total £814.58 |
