| These Rules Apply For All The RTCW Maps: | |
| 1. | In the event that your team pushes the
other team back into their spawn point snipers, panzers, airstrikes/artilleries
and grenades are not fair game to hunt / kill the other team inside their
spawn point. Now, if you are hiding inside your spawn area in order to win
the game or firing from within, you are fair game. All weapons are
allowed. Spawn areas are NOT safe havens for you to attack without
retribution. |
| 2. | Anytime you are sitting with clear line
of fire as players spawn, you are spawn camping (the players themselves
not the spawn area). Example, Allies may sit on the tin roof, in mp_base.
However, if you are using a panzer to shoot into the windows you are spawn
camping. Since the panzer has a blast, it is considered direct line of
fire. Same goes with mp_beach. Shooting directly into the front bunker
with a panzer is spawn camping. Anytime you can hit people the moment they
spawn with any weapon you are spawn camping. |
| 3. | Its legal to place mines outside a spawn
area, as long as there is an alternate route out of the spawn point.
Mines
can NOT be place at all exits of a spawn area. |
| 4. | Entering a spawn area with a flag: Every
attempt to regain the flag must be achieved. Remember, you do not have to
get flag areas. If someone is attempting to reclaim the flag, do not bitch
about spawn camping. Now, you are NOT allowed to sit in spawn area without
getting the flag. That is also considered spawn camping. |
| 5. | You are allowed to pass through the other
teams spawn area. Only if this is an alternate route to get to the
objectives. If someone is attempting to pass through your spawn area, do
not bitch about spawn camping. Now, you are NOT allowed to sit in the
spawn area. Keep in mind that you do NOT have to take that route, that
there is an alternate route you can take. |
| 6. | In the event that the other team captures
a flag to change their spawn position/point. The orginal spawn area from
the start of the game is open grounds. When the flag is taken back, then
orginal spawn area is off limits once again. Unless there is 1:00 or less
left in the game. |
