Welcome to my MAME cabinet page. I built my cabinet in September 2003, after several weeks of gathering information and cold-calling arcades to try and find a cabinet. Once I had all my questions answered about TV's, controls, computers, and MAME, I took the plung and just built it. It doesn't require a tremendous knowledge of woodworking, electronics, computers, or gaming to build one. But you will know a lot more about these things when you are finished. My advice is to be patient, be flexible, and do your homework. Oh, and set aside about $600.
