Drop the Puck has now opened it's doors to the public and is looking to begin it's first season. After years of putting together the time and effort to see that the rosters were done right, the league's website was put together correctly and they had a well functioned junior league, the time is now. After endless hours of putting together rosters for all 42 teams (counting JR's) DTPHL is ready to bring in owners.
DTPHL will feature many things other leagues do not and have gotten past problems with the NHL lock-out that has left other leagues stalled. Pro rosters are updated as of the 2004 Entry Draft (if they are any problems, Email me) and many are left to wonder, why's going to be the fate of future prospects with the NHL locked out. DTPHL has found the answer.
DTPHL's Jr. League features players from the 1970,71,72,73 Entry Draft. You will see stars like Guy LeFluer and John French play out a 66 game season before being eligable to be drafted. Always wanted to draft Wayne Gretzky? Well if you hang in for the long haul in DTPHL (and you get lucky enough to have the first pick) you may just get your chance. Let's get ready to drop the puck and start our season off!
