6/10/04: Almost a year of nothing to mention. You must really be bored if you're excited there's new news on here. Finally, the "Too Much Horror Business: A Tribute To The Misfits" album has been released with all it's artwork. You can buy it from Crypt of Blood Records (hey, we know that name is cheesy, but we didnt name the company). Look out in the future for mp3s of tracks that didnt make it to the tribute. In other news, Akerhaüs is planning on getting back together to rampage and terrorize parties and other small get togethers. So far only one party is in the works. If you would like to book us for your party expect us to be loud, heavy and VERY drunk and obnoxious. Don't worry about how much we cost to play. We will work for beer, peanuts and a top hat full of ricotta cheese.
9/26/03: It's been a while since we've had anything to say. But, here's more B.S. about the Misfits tribute we're gonna be on. Aparently our tape of Misfits covers was lost in the mix of things, so we had to send out another copy to the guy running it. So, we highly doubt the tribute will be out next Tuesday, but go to this thing and pre-order yourself a copy. ***Note: We appear on the "Too Much Horror Business" disk, so dont get confused if you actually wanna blow your money on this cd just to hear us*** ...as if anyone's actually gonna do that. Also, check out our newly added Links page to see who we're friends with to give you even more reasons as to why we're so cool.
4/2/03: A little update for all you drunks. The Too Much Horror Business Misfits Tribute should be coming out by the 1st week of May, So keep an eye out for it. Also, there is talk of Akerhaüs apearing on an upcoming AFI tribute in the near future. Tracks are unconfirmed, but most likely they will be Lost Souls and/or Porphyria Cutanea Tarda.
1/25/03: on January 10th Akerhaüs recorded 8 songs for the Misfits tribute, Too Much Horror Business. We will be subimtting the covers this week once Ramystein is done with additional guitar work. The songs the band did are as follows: Static-Age, TV Casualty, Halloween, Some Kinda Hate, She, In The Doorway, Skulls, and We Are 138. Check out the site for more info on this album.
