Rudolph The FLu Nosed Reindeer
Rudolph was feeling a little bit under the weather
No matter what he did he just couldn't pull himself together
The other reindeers did not know what to do
They hoped he wasn't coming down with the flu
But there stood Rudolph looking pretty sick
So another leader is whom Santa needed to pick
Just incase Rudolph wasn't better in time to fly
Oh how that made all the other reindeers sigh
But poor Rudolph's nose was looking dull it wasn't bright red
And there he lay with a rag on top of his head
So they left Rudolph alone so he could get some rest
But you could tell the other reindeers were way to stressed
So Santa had to go down his list to see which reindeer he would choose
But he became just as stressed too because he had no idea which reindeer he should use
So he called out to the reindeers to look them over to see who would be the right one
But when they heard Santa yell each one of them did run
Rudolph laughed so hard when he saw them take off so fast
Finally he was able to make fun of them at last
When they heard Rudolph laughing they thought he was rather rude
But they couldn't say anything; if they did they would be screwed
So they told Rudolph they were happy and relieved to have him back
But not as relieved as Santa because he didn't want one of the other reindeers to have to lead the pack
Into the sleigh Santa jumped, Dasher, Dancer, Prancer and Vixen were set to go
Comet, Cupid, Donner and Blizten were ready and eager to fly also
And in the very front there stood Rudolph so proud and so tall
For he knew he was the greatest reindeer of them all
And in spite of how the reindeers treated him in the past
Without him the sleigh ride wouldn't be such a blast
So high in to the sky Santa and the reindeers flew
Doing what it was they loved and enjoyed to do
And there was Rudolph smiling and singing all the way
Because he knew the children would be happy on Christmas Day
And that is what he and the other reindeers looked forward to
So next year they hope Rudolph doesn’t catch the flu!
