Eddie Bauer Victim #2

The maker of this website was the victim of such a racist incident that I have created this website simply to expose how Eddie Bauer scams people. I will devote myself to exposing all the many ways in which Eddie Bauer scams the public until they resolve my complaint or until they go bankrupt, which ever comes first. Eddie Bauer has closed over 60 of their stores worldwide in the last 6 months so they have shown that they don't care about their managers blatantly lying to people, misrepresenting return policies and selling products which could potentially kill your entire family. Love is the way, so please know that I do this as a public service and not as an act of vindictiveness. It is my hope by informing the public, that no man, woman or child will have to go through the humilitaion, pay and suffering that I experienced at the hands of Manny, the manager of the Glendale Galleria Eddie Bauer store in Glendale California.

Eddie Bauer Victims #3.

Reviewer: heatherluvsaustin (see more about me) from Phoenix, AZ. We have been using this product for 8 months now. Althouh I do like it, I probably wouldn't purchase it again for the following reasons.

The seat back in the stroller does not recline to a "flat" position. It only reclines about half way back. This makes it almost impossible for my son to fall asleep in the stroller because he is forced to sit up. It also would make those emergency diaper changes much easier if it reclined to a flat position. It could substitute as a changing table. Instead I have to change him on my lap when a restroom has no changing station because I refuse to lay him on a dirty, wet counter.

Also, the sun shade on the stroller is almost useless. It only pulls forward a little. So unless the sun is behind us, it doesn't shade much of anything. Living in AZ, that has been difficult to work around. I've hung a blanket from the top of the stroller down to the snack tray, but he can pull it down now so I'm pretty much out of luck.

In addition, the infant seat claims to carry up to 35 lbs and 35 inches. Of course as soon as the baby's head is within one inch of the top of the seat...they say to get a different seat. Currently my son is apx 20 lbs and 19-20 inches long. We will be needing to replace the seat very soon. Unless you are one of the few people that has a 30 pound 6 month old, you will probably not benefit from this "feature". Yes, I have been able to keep him in the infant seat longer than I would have with other seats, but that small bonus does not out weigh the other complaints I have with this product.

It is nice that the stroller folds to a standing position. It makes it easier to store etc. But...after I load my son into the car and go to put the stroller in the truck, I still have to bend all of the way down to grab the bottom and lift it up. The bottom is the heavy end so of course it is almost impossible to successfully lift it with out bending.

The stroller does have "bouncy" shocks on all four wheels which is one thing that I really do like. It makes the ride much smoother for my son. If he gets fussy, I simply rock the stroller onto it's back two wheels and bounce it. This almost puts him in a flat laying position (because the seat doesn't recline enough) so it has gotten him to sleep a few times. Again, this feature is not beneficial enough to out weigh the negatives.

The stroller is also somewhat difficult to steer, especially one handed.

This product has worked for me...but had I known then what I know now, I wouldn't have purchased it.

Hope this can be of some help!"

September 25, 2003 About 12,000 Eddie Bauer propane lanterns are being recalled. They The lanterns could produce high levels of carbon monoxide (CO), posing a risk of CO poisoning if the lantern is used indoors.
