Mission four came in the night. Noiz was at her laptop typing when the lights began to flicker. She looked up annoyed. "Damnit!" the kitty thought. "Not again! This is the eighth time today!  What's the deal?!?" Then, the lights snapped off. "DAMNIT!!!" Noiz screamed out. "Why does this keep happening?" "That's how it is!" Rob called out from the living room. Noiz got up and stormed over to him. She stood in the doorway staring at her mousey. He was sitting in the dark watching Bleach on his new laptop. The kitty looked at him as if he was a nutter.

"And..." she called annoyed. "You're okay with this?" The mouse just shrugged. "I guess!" he called. That put Noiz off even more. "Why?!?" she asked. Rob didn't answer. Then, the lights came back on. Both looked up and around. The mouse just shrugged went back to his programme. Noiz still wasn't satisfied. "Help me understand," she barked. "This goes on every day and night?" "Yep!" Rob said. "All of the time?" she asked. "Yep!" the mouse replied. Silence passed again. "That's stupid!" Noiz called. This time, Rob looked up at her.

"What do you expect us to do?" he asked. "Artemis never listens to our complaints!" That caught the kitty's ear. "Artemis, huh?" she asked. "Yeah," Rob said. A silence came between them. The kitty grinned evilly. The mouse became suspicious. "Momo?" he asked nervously.  "What are you plotting now?" His kitty turned to him smiling. "Mousey," she said aloud. "I think it's time to 'thank' the swine for his effort!" Rob began to smile. "Oh really?" he asked. "How so?" Noiz kept smiling. "Oh," she said. "Here." She whispered the whole plot to him. Mousy smiled at the the plan.

The plot was this: Shut off the lights and party! That's right! A full campus block party! This was easy to accomplish! The next night, Noiz snuck out to the main power source and cut it out. The whole campus was pitch dark. Now for the party! It was just originally just the Animals. On her planning, the kitty made and printed out glow-in-the-dark invitations for the boys. Here is what she said:

                    Campus Block Party
                    Around the Animal House
                    7:00 p.m.-4:00 a.m.
                    Bring Your Own Booze
                    Live DJ
                    (Don't Tell the Pig!)

Mousey recruited Graham and Michael to help get supplies. A local convince store and campus kitchens were like never-ending party supply rooms. What did they do for the money, you ask? "Put it all on Artemis's tab!" Noiz called. Good thing too! Things for a continuous block party don't come cheap! Noiz had some DJs from the campus radio DJ at the party. When they asked about payment, the kitty replied, "Put it on Artemis's tab!" They agreed happily.

The first day of the party was a success. All of the animals showed up gladly. First night was playing "One More Time" by Daft Punk. Punch and sweet junkies were passed around like lottery tickets. Noiz and Rob were the center of attention. And the best part? The whole campus was pitch black! Not just Animal House! Oh no! Noiz cut the lights off for the entire campus! That's right! All of the dorm houses and classrooms were pitch black! All of the other electronics were still working. You see, on her planning time, Noiz studied all of the switches to all of the sources of in the campus. The lights switches were all green. One flip and Animal House was party central!

The first night was a huge success! Everyone drank, partied, and talked the night away! Noiz and Rob got praises all night. The pairing just kept smiling to each other. "Up for another party tomorrow night?" the cat asked the mouse. Rob grinned at that question. "Just as long as the pig is saying!" he called. Both snickered to themselves.

The party went on like this for days. It just kept getting pricier and pricier. (They didn't care! Artemis was paying for it!) Glow sticks were passed out to guests like a real rave. Noiz even let some of the boys in on the planning. When one planner couldn't make it, the other flew the operation solo with success. Pretty soon, more and more students came to the party. The campus party was moved to the football field.

The plan hit the pig in three weeks. The other house owners and teachers kept complaining to him about the lights being cut off so abruptly during the night. At first, he tried to ignore them. But the complaints kept piling up. "Do something!" they all yelled out. "This is distracting!" "I know! I know!" he yelled. "But I can't do anything about it! I'm just an employee!" "Don't give us that crap, you idiot!" they snapped. "Fix it or we'll find reasons to have you fired!"

That made the pig very sick. "Oh shite!" he thought in worry. "What do I do? What do I do?" At that point, the door opened. Artemis's stress shot up to new high levels. "OH GO AWAY!!!" he yelled out. "I KNOW ABOUT THE PROBLEM! I'M DEALING WITH I NOW! JUST GO AWAY AND LEAVE ME ALONE NOW!!!" "I'm sorry, Artemis..." a small voice whimpered out. The pig looked up and saw June. She was holding files in her hand. Her usual sweet baby face looked worried for him. She looked as if she would cry. The pig sighed.

"Oh, it's you June!" he called. The girl slowly stepped in and closed the door behind her. "What's wrong Artemis?" she asked quietly. The greedy pig just stared at her for a long while. "These teachers won't leave me alone!" he said at last. "Awww!" Jun called. "What are you going to do?" Artemis thought about that for a moment. Then he said, "What I usually do!" Jun looked at him confused. "And what's that, Artemis?" she asked. The pig turned to her grinning. "I have a plan!" he replied confidence. "I have a plan!"

This plan was dummy simple. Artemis sent two little spies out to follow the animals around at night. So far, these "monkeys" turned up nothing. This went on for days. The pig kept pushing them to find anything. The monkeys were close to giving up out annoyance. But then, a break came for them.

A monkey was walking back to Animal House when he heard loud thumping music from the football field. Curious, he followed the music. The monkey came across the campus block party. He was completely in shock at his findings. "I'll be damned!" he thought. Then, he headed straight back to Artemis.

The next night, the party was in danger. Everything was going as planned when all of the lights were cut on so suddenly. Everything stopped. Everyone looked up confused. Security guards were all around them. That only meant one thing.

"We're getting shut down!" someone whispered in a panic. "It's over!" another person whispered. "What do we do now?" Rob asked. Noiz grinned wickedly. The kitty walked over to the DJ booth and took up the mic. "To the pig's house!" she yelled out. The crowd cheered out in rejoice. Rob grinned at her wickedly. "You are bad, Momo!" he told her with a smile. Noiz just smiled back at him.

The next night, Artemis walked back to his house smiling. Today was great for him. No arguments. Rob and Noiz weren't plotting against him. Everything was pretty peaceful. "Ah," the pig said aloud to himself. "My problem is solved with that stupid nightclub party and it's over now! Now, I can just go to sleep tonight and tomorrow I'll find a way to get rid of Robert and Noizchild and I'll run Animal House back to the way it was!" Ha, dream on, piggy! Dream on!

When Artemis made it home, he heard loud pounding music from his backyard. "Huh?" he thought. "What the hell is that?" The man began to investigate. Guess what he found? The animals partying at his house! Yes sir! Everyone was there. DJ and all! Artemis's jaw dropped to the ground. Kitty and mousey spotted him from the crowd. "Hey piggy!" Rob yelled out to him. Artemis sighed out in distress. "Please leave!" he yelled out to the clubbers. Noiz picked up the mic. "Not until you fix our lights in Animal House!" she yelled out. The pig stood shocked for a moment. Then, he yelled out, "NO!!!" Noiz just smirked. "Fine then," she replied. "PARTY ON, GUYS!!!" The clubbers did so.

Artemis looked on distort. He had lost once again. The animals had revolted and taken over his house, making it a party zone. He would be the laughing stock of Tokyo unless he did something. The pig threw up his hands in the air and yelled, "Okay, I'll fix your your damn lights!" The animals all cheered. Noiz and Rob grinned at him. Artemis sighed in defeat. "I hate when I lose!" he wailed.

The next day, all of the lights at Animal House were perfectly fixed. Not the cheap ones either. The house got the newest top of the line lights. The animals were rejoicing. The party was over and peace was restored. Artemis was crying in distress when there was a knock on the door. "What?!?" he yelled. The pig looked up to see Rob in the doorway. He was smiling with a sheet of paper in his hand. Artemis rolled his eyes at him. "Oh what do you want?" he asked. The mouse didn't answer. Artemis looked at the paper. "What is that?" he asked. Mousey kept smiling. "Why," he replied. "It's just the bill from our party!" The pig stared at him. "Give me that!" he snapped as he snatched the bill from the mouse's hand. Artemis looked at the bill for a long while. The pig looked like he would have a heart attack!
