Founding Pastors of Living Water Church. Dr. Bob & Pam came to know the Lord in
November of 1971 during what is commonly known as the “Jesus Movement”.
They were radicals in the world and continue to be radical for the Lord.
They were ordained in 1980 in their local church. They served as leaders in New
Life Church for many years helping to train, mentor and minister to God’s
people. Through God’s grace and leading, New Life Church joined with Living Water
Church in the spring of 2003 under the leadership of Pastors Bob & Pam
Armstrong.

Pastors Bob & Pam have
traveled extensively doing missionary work in the Caribbean, Latin America and
Africa. Pastor Bob has earned his Doctorate of Theology from School of Bible
Theology Seminary and University, San Jacinto, California. Pastor Pam is
currently pursuing her education through the School of Bible Theology. |

Pastors Bob & Pam have a
strong business background. They owned and operated a successful General
Contracting firm for twenty years.
They responded to the call of God to plant Living Water Church and subsequently
closed their business to focus toward the work of pastoring Living Water Church. |

Word teachers and flow in the prophetic and apostolic anointing. Praise and
worship are an integral part of their ministry.
