The Chocolate Biscuit Tapes
EBCD01 1989

Recorded in an impromptu late-night session after a lengthy visit to the band's favourite watering hole - the Earlsdon Cottage - this album can only be described as a "stream of consciousness".
Featuring Jim, John, Bez and a little bit of Simon in freeform-shenanigans mode, the band sing drunkenly, create a handful of unusual songs, swear outrageously, and are subjected to a 'power cut' as someone gives their critical opinion of the proceedings by removing the building's fuses.
Very silly and often hilarious.
