ATTENTION (5/13/02): Future archiving of past severe weather events will require an additional server from a "pay" web hosting site. I was going to go this route due to VERY popular demand for past severe weather events archives. However, due to a wedding in my future, I am trying to save money every which way I can. As a result, I will not be subscribing to a pay web host. The data on this free hosting service will remain here though. Also, extensive data for many severe weather events in the region will continue to be archived and saved locally on CD and kept indefinately as usual. A thank you to everyone goes out for the many kind comments I have received over the past few years in reference to the past severe weather events data. I am glad I was able to help as many people as I did, and also even make a few long lasting friends through it -- Mike this includes you more than anyone. So, everybody enjoy what is here up to this point, and if you want data for a future event I may have it stored locally on CD so it won't hurt to ask.
(UPDATE 5/21/02: Due to recent storage space limitations given by Angelfire, I was forced to take down several directories for past events that were already up here... or pay more money to buy disk space and obviously I am trying to avoid that per the above paragraph :) So, if you click on an event and the page comes up not found, that particular event had to be taken offline... very unfortunately. Of course, all of this data taken offline IS archived here on CD).
