He began a quest to obtain a natural environment and develop a sanctuary for wolves. He loved and respected all animals, but above all, he had a special bond with wolves. Wolf Country There is ample information at this website. You can follow a wolf through links or donate to them. North American Wolf Association Has trips, events and lots of information about the wolf. For Wolves The UK has a website to help their own wolves as well. There they call them Lobos. Wolf Help Interested in adopting a wolf? Want to volunteer time and energy to maintain the delicate ecosystem? Just want to send some needed money to help the wolves? This is the site to do that and much more: Wolf The Boomerwolf site offers interactive games and adventures that teach kids about wolves. Boomerwolf will also personally respond to your questions about wolves. Boomer Wolf You can also call your US House or Senate Representative and voice your concerns, and I strongly encourage you to do so! The House's switchboard # is (202) 225-3121, and the Senate's is (202) 224-3121. Just request the name of the legislator to which you want to speak, and the operator will patch you through. The fate of the wolves (and all animals) lies in the hands of the children, and the only intelligent, long-term answer... is education. |
