Nick was sat down in the beach sand. It was a clear sky that night and all the stars were out. He looked up at all the stars with a deep sigh.

"Nick what's up with you lately?", Brian asked walking into the dining room area on the tour bus.

"What do you mean?", Nick questioned.

"I thought you would tell you best friend about the new girl you met", Brian answered as he sat down and put a couple pieces of paper on the table, "These fell out of your bunk when I walked by it" On one of the pieces of paper was a drawing of a blonde women with blue green eyes, and on the other paper was a half done song with the title of Shining Star.

Nick's face blushed a little as he picked up the papers and got up, "I didn't meet anyone". He then walked back to his bunk and put the papers in his portfolio.

Brian got up and walked back to him, "Nick? Then who is that girl?"

"You'll laugh if I tell you", Nick said rolling his eyes.

"No I won't just tell me", Brian answered.

"I've been having dreams about her a lot, I don't know who she is but she just keeps on showing up in my dreams. I guess I've really fell hard for her, she's great", Nick explained as Brian burst out laughing.

"Nick", Brian said as he continued to laugh, "Your in love with a girl that you don't even know if she evens exists, most likely she doesn't"

"God Bri I thought you said you wouldn't laugh. You know dreams do tell ya things. This might be the girl that I could be with forever.", Nick said giving Brian a dirty look.

"Ok if you say so", Brian nodded and left to the back room.

"Could these dreams be telling me something or what. The guys think I'm crazy and obsessed now over a dream girl. God I wish I could find out soon what these all met.", Nick thought to himself as he continued to look up at the stars. He then pulled a paper out of his back pocket and a pencil, he quickly wrote down some words. He then looked at the paper with a smile, "There the songs finally done" He got up and walked up to his back porch and opened the door and walked in locking it behind him. He then went upstairs to his room and got ready to go to bed. He soon fell on his bed exhausted and into a deep sleep.

"Nick", the girl smiled turning around as she walked up to him and gave him a hug and kiss on the cheek, "I've missed you"

"Hi", Nick smiled back as he looked around the room. They were in a bar on the beach.

"Come on let's go outside, I hear it's a great night for the stars", she smiled as she took his hand and led him outside to the beach sand. Nick and the girl walked outside and as they did they stopped as Nick wrapped his arms around her waist.

"Man aren't the stars beautiful. I could sit out here all night looking at them", she sighed.

"Your everything I've ever dreamed of", Nick whispered into her ear.

She quickly turned around, "I know that's why I'm here, your everything I've ever dreamed of too"

Nick stood there confused a little, "What's your name? Your never have told me your name, and I've met up with you so many times"

"Oh Nick time will time, yes in time you will know", she smiled as Nick heard a ringing noise.

"Huh?", Nick said yawning waking up slowly, he then realized that it was his telephone ringing downstairs. He got up quickly and ran down the stairs to answer the phone.

"Hello?"

"Nick, man where the hell are you. The guys and I are already ready to leave. You were suppose to meet us about an hour ago to get ready to leave on the tour bus for our tour", AJ answered.

"Oops sorry. I guess I over slept a little. I'll be down in about 20 minutes", Nick responded.

"You gotta stop having those silly dreams about that girl. It's just a dream, right now you have a life you have to do stuff not day dream all the time", AJ told him and then hung up.

Nick hung up the phone and rolled his eyes, "You guys just don't get it". He then quickly went upstairs and packed everything that he needed and then took a quick shower and got ready and then packed all his stuff in his car and drove off to where the tour buses were secretly hid.

"Danielle", Ashley called as she walked into her room.

"Huh?", Danielle said yawning and sitting up in her bed. Ashley and Danielle were best friends, they lived together in a house in New York and went to college on the side.

"Phone, it's your mom", Ashley told her.

"Figures it has to be her to interrupt me in my perfect dream", Danielle grinned.

"Dani gee let me guess your dreaming about Nick Carter of the Backstreet Boys. Why does he keep coming up in your dreams?', Ashley asked. "I have no clue, but I don't care they are nice dreams. I keep telling him that we're gonna meet or something", Danielle said shaking her head as she got up.

"Ya know even though he is the famous Backstreet Boy, they say dreams do tell you the future sometimes", Ashley explained to her.

"Yeah I know, but I wouldn't want to get involved into one of those kind of relationships", Danielle answered as they both walked down the stairs. Danielle went into the kitchen and got on the phone.

"Ok mom, yes I know, I love ya too, later", Danielle said as she hung up the phone.

"What's up with the tone?", Ashley laughed, "Sounds like your mom was telling you something that you didn't want to hear?"

"Oh yea she wants me to come over the house ASAP cause she says that I have to finish my wash cause she said she wasn't gonna do it and everybody else has wash to do and they are waiting on mine to get done", Danielle sighed, "Wanna come?"

Ashley laughed, "If I come I'm not doing your wash for you"

"Yeah yeah I know, I'll do it this time", Danielle smiled as she went back up to her room to get ready to go. A few minutes later she came back down ready as Ashley sat down on the couch watching the tv. "You know what Dani?", Ash asked.

"What?", Danielle responded.

"We shouldn't have spent all that money we had for the BSB concert tickets on that trip we went on, they say that this tour is gonna be one of the best tours out of all their concerts", Ashley told her.

"Yeah I know, this sucks", Danielle agreed, "Well..ready to go?"

"Yeah", Ashley nodded as they left the house and got in Danielle's car and drove to Danielle's parent's house.

"Mom you home??", Danielle called as her and Ashley walked through the front door. The house was silent. "Ok, where is everybody?", Ashley asked. "You got me, I have no clue. She said she would.", Danielle said as she was interrupted.

"I am home", her mom answered as she came up from the basement and sat down the basket of Danielle's clothes all done.

"Um I don't think I'm gonna ask why you finished my clothes", Danielle said raising her eyebrows as she quickly pick up the basket and took it outside to put in her trunk.

"Ok Ashley since Danielle is not in here now. This is why I had you guys come here", Danielle's mom whispered as she picked up an envelope and handed it to Ashley, "Don't open it now, hide it in your purse and I want you to open it at your guys house together"

"Ok thanks", Ashley smiled but confused and curious of what was in it. "Please tell me if Danielle and you like it", her mom said in a sad voice. "I will", Ashley responded as she sensed something was up. "Thank You", she told her as she began to tear up in the eyes a little as she gave her a hug.

"Ok that's done with", Danielle came in smiling as her smile began serious, "Mom you look like your gonna cry, you alright?"

"Honey I'm fine", she told her with a fake smile, "You guys don't have to stay around here much longer cause I have to go make a trip somewhere"

"Ok mom, thanks a lot. Love ya", Danielle nodded as she hugged her mom.

"Goodbye honey. I love you too", her mom began to say a little choked up.

"Mom, you sure your alright?", Danielle asked worried.

"Yes I'm fine honey", she smiled again. Danielle and Ashley then said goodbye again and left in Danielle's car.

Nick could hear the sound of someone crying, he looked around to see where he was. It was snowing all around him and it was starting to get dark out. He began to walk down the sidewalk as he did the crying got louder and louder. Just as he walked past a blue house it was at the loudest he could hear the crying and it started to get quieter and quieter as he walked further from the house. He turned around and walked back to the house as the crying got louder again. Nick walked up to the house and turned the door knob and the door opened slowly. He looked around and decided to go up the stairs. As he reached the top he went to the hallway on the right and stopped at a door that was slightly open. He peeked in to see a girl curled up on her bed crying. Nick pushed the door open and walked in as he walked closer up to the girl he noticed it was the girl that he had been talking to all the times before.

"Baby, why you crying what's wrong?", Nick asked softly as he placed his hand on her back to try to comfort her. She looked up at him as tears still fell down her face.

"Nick!?", Brian's voice called, "Nick..NICK!!"

"Huh? What?", Nick responded jumping up fast from the couch where he had been sleeping on the tour bus.

"We are here, it's time for us to practice for tonight's concert", Brian told him, "What's with the sad face?"

"Oh umm nothing", Nick lied not wanting to tell Brian about the dream cause he never he would probably laugh again.

"Nick, can I talk to you outside for a moment", Fatima asked as the music stopped and all the guys stopped their practice. Nick looked up and nodded silently as he followed Fatima outside.

"What's up with Nick today Bri?", Kevin asked.

"I dunno he seems depressed about something, but he won't tell me", Brian answered.

"Maybe it's about that girl he's dreaming about. Ya know what I bet she broke up with him", AJ snickered. The guys all looked at each other and laughed it off.

"Nick, what is up with you today?", Fatima asked.

"What do you mean? I'm fine", Nick lied with a straight face.

"If your so fine why does it seem like you don't know any of the dance moves, you completely suck today. You had that dance down pat, it can't be suddenly gone. I can tell something's up with you besides your dancing sucking, you haven't smiled all day. Your not talking hardly with the guys, and your not even joking around with Brian", Fatima told him.

Nick stood there silent for a couple minutes all he could picture was that girl laying on her bed crying, it was driving him nuts he didn't know why she was crying. "Sorry, I'm just having a bed day Fatima. I'll do great at our concert tonight, I promise. I won't even mess up", Nick answered and then turned around and walked back to get on the tour bus to get something to eat. Fatima stood there for a moment then shook her head and went back into the practice room, "Ok guys you can go back and get something to eat too"

"Hey Fatima, did you find out what was wrong with Nick?", Brian asked.

"Nope, he won't crack, not a word about anything", she replied.

"It's gotta be about that girl", AJ told them.

"I think we've been a little mean towards him about that guys. I mean he told us and all we did was laugh about it and make fun of it", Howie explained, "Maybe that's why he's so down, he trusted us to tell us that and look what we've been doing"

"Yea Howie your right let's go talk to him now about it", Kevin said as they all headed for the tour bus.

Danielle and Ashley walked into their house. Danielle carried her basket up to her room while Ashley went into the kitchen. When she came back down she noticed Ashley holding an envelope in her hand.

"What's that?", Danielle asked curiously as she walked over and leaned on the other side of the kitchen counter.

"Umm well your mom gave it to me, she told me to have us open it here at the house together", Ashley explained to her. Danielle raised an eyebrow, "Ok, let's see what's in it then"

"Ok", Ashley nodded as she opened it and pulled out a piece of paper, "You wanna read it?"

"Yea sure, ok ahead and see what else is in it", Danielle answered as she took the letter and opened it and began to read it.

"Oh my god", Ashley said slowly as she looked at a pair of two tickets for the Backstreet Boys' concert. Just then she saw Danielle grab her car keys and run out the door and leave before Ashley could say anything to her. "Umm ok", Ashley said to herself confused. She picked up the letter Danielle dropped and began to read it.

Danielle,

Honey I knew that you and Ashley wanted these Backstreet Boys tickets. So here they are. Danielle I just wanted you to know something that I have never told the family before. Honey I have had cancer, and today I feel it might be my last day. I was gonna try and wait to give you the tickets the day of the concert to give you a big surprise but I'm sorry I had to tell you this. I didn't want you to worry. Ashley please make sure Danielle is alright, and I hope you two enjoy the concert. Ashley stood there as tears formed in her eyes, "Oh my god"

Danielle was shaking and crying very badly as she drove as fast as she could to get to the hospital. It was winter and the roads were all icy, but Danielle never thought about it. Just then she was almost to the hospital when she came to a intersection, the light turned red. Danielle almost didn' t notice it, she quickly hit her brakes. The whole car just slid and when it got in the middle of the intersection it spun around. Another car that was going by tried to stop but ran into her. That's when Danielle hit her head forward on the driver's wheel. The last thing that was heard was the sound of her car horn continually as her head laid on it bleeding. People that were walking nearby were screaming and had run to get help. Everything then went silent it seemed as though everything in the world had stopped for Danielle.

"God I have to get to the hospital", Ashley said wiping her face and grabbed her car keys and left in her car. As she drove down the road for awhile, she reached the intersection where the accident was. Ashley saw two smashed up cars and an ambulance. She then noticed that one was Danielle's car. She immediately got out and ran up to ambulance.

"Mom, am I gonna live?", Danielle asked as she stood there looking down at the accident with her mother.

"Yes, I'm not gonna let you die. You are so young you don't deserve to die and I want you to see that Backstreet Boys' concert", her mother smiled as she looked at her.

"Mom I'm gonna miss you", Danielle said as she choked up and tears fell down her face. Her mother pulled her in for a hug.

"Goodbye mom, I love you", Danielle answered.

"I love you too", her mother said in tears as well.

"Oh my god", Ashley said to herself as she stood there and saw Danielle, they were trying to get her to breathe again, "Come on Dani breathe please god let her breathe". Just then Danielle started to breathe again. The ambulance got Danielle ready to take to the hospital. Ashley then got back into her car and followed behind.

Nick stood there thinking when he suddenly had this bad feeling, he brought his hand up his head. "Damn, what the hell", he mumbled to himself as he suddenly felt dizzy and fell backwards hitting his head on the kitchen counter and landing on the booth next to the table in pain.

"Nick!", Brian yelled as he and the others saw what just happened and ran up to him.

"Nick?! Are you alright? What happened?", Kevin asked.

"Huh?", Nick said holding the back of his head and leaned up in a sitting position.

"Your bleeding!", AJ exclaimed as Nick brought his hand forward off the back of his head. Nick sat there and looked at his hand like he was in a daze.

"Nick, what happened?", Howie asked.

"Nothing", Nick answered walking away to the bathroom to clean the blood off the back of his head. He stood there and looked in the mirror as he thought about what happened. "That was her!", he exclaimed as he thought about the image he had before he passed out. There was the girl in the car as she drove down the intersection crying and before he knew it she was in an accident and he had gotten dizzy and passed out. "Wait she was bleeding too, and so am I. Damn this is so weird. Yeah and if I told the fellas about this they would just laugh again."

"Nick?", Brian asked knocking on the door softly.

"What?", Nick answered a little annoyed.

"Come on please come on and talk to us in the back. We have some things we wanna say to you", Brian explained. Nick stood there for a moment, "Ok", he said as he opened the door.

"Your head alright?", Brian asked concerned.

"Yea just a little bump", Nick nodded as he followed Brian to the back of the bus and sat down with everybody else.

"Nick, we would all just like to apologize about making fun about the dreams you are having about this girl. We were here and you thought you could trust us to tell us that and we let you down, and again we're all very sorry", Kevin told him as all the others nodded.

"Thanks guys", Nick said with a half smile.

"Now you gonna tell us what happened on in the kitchen?", AJ asked.

"It was weird I had these images in my head of the girl getting in a car accident and all of a sudden I got this feeling that I was dizzy and I fell and the next thing I knew I was bleeding and I saw the image of her bleeding", Nick explained to them all as they sat there surprised. "Woah that's freaky", Howie got out.

"Yeah and she's been crying a lot lately, guys this is really bugging me, I need to find out if she's real and why she's crying", Nick sighed.

"Wait I have an idea", Brian smiled.

"What?", they all asked.

"What if we take that drawing you drew of the girl on the Rosie show tomorrow and take a couple more of your drawing like to show off, and then once everybody sees it and if there is a girl like that, all the teenybopper fans would probably notice her if she was walking down the street and report there was a girl like that and they want to know who she was", Brian said all in one breathe.

"Yeah and it shouldn't take that long either", AJ added it.

Nick sat there for a moment, "Oh what the hell it's worth a try", he then smiled.

"Ok that's all set I'm gonna go to sleep until the concert tonight, good afternoon", Brian smirked.

"Yeah me too", Howie responded as all the others said it sounded like a good idea and they all went to sleep.

The crowd screamed as the guys sang Larger Than Life. The guys happen to all look in the first row of the audience and saw that Nick's eyes widen. Between their parts they whispered back and forth. "That's her guys that's the girl", Nick smiled big, "I knew it, I knew she had to be real". Throughout the whole concert all the guys looked to see her, and in the middle they pulled some fans and their mothers up on stage for the song Perfect Fan. Nick went to go to the girl but she turned and looked and then a tear fell down her face, "Sorry I can't. I don't have a mother anymore". Nick stood there in shock, that's why she had been crying. Nick then whispered in her ear, "don't worry about it" and took her on the stage.

"Guys..Guys..GUYS!!!", Fatima yelled on the bus.

"Huh, what, aww do ya have to yell", all the guys responded as they woke up and jumped out of their bunks as Fatima left after she told them it was time to get ready for the concert. All the guys the stood there in front of each other and said, "I saw her!"

"Hey Dani, I'm here", Ashley said peeking her head in the door.

"Hey Ash", Danielle said softly.

"Not watching any tv?", Ashley said picking up the tv remote.

"No I just woke up", Danielle told her.

"Ok", Ashley nodded as she surfed through the stations really quick as Danielle's eyes widened.

"Wait go back I could have swore I just saw a picture of myself drawn on the tv!", Danielle exclaimed confused.

"Ok", Ashley replied as she went back a couple channels and stopped on Rosie as they saw this sketch of a girl that looked exactly like Danielle. "Oh my god", Ashley answered, "I can't believe how much that looks like you!"

"Who the heck drew this?", Danielle questioned.

"Shh listen", Ashley told her as Rosie showed off a couple more drawings. "Wow aren't these drawings really nice, a hand for Nick. Gosh Nick you're an excellent drawer", Rosie talked as it showed the Backstreet Boys sitting in the chairs.

"HOLY SHIT!", Danielle exclaimed, "Why does all this seem freakin to me, first I've been having dreams about this guy and now he draws a picture that looks exactly like me"

"Yea I know this is starting to freak me out now too, but since we have first row tickets to their concert, he might just notice you", Ashley smiled trying to lighten up Danielle. Danielle raised an eyebrow and looked at her funny, "What do you mean we have front row tickets to a Backstreet Boys concert, remember we spent our money"

"Well I'd hate to bring up the subject again but in your mothers letter remember what it said, I got the tickets out of the envelope and they say front row on it", Ashley explained to her.

"I totally forgot all about that part, you got the tickets with you?", Danielle asked.

"Yea, here", Ashley responded as she handed her the tickets out of her purse. Danielle took them and looked at them, "Wow it's unbelievable that they say front row". Danielle then handed them back to Ashley to put in her purse.

"So when did they say you could be released from the hospital?", Ashley asked.

"They said I could leave today if I wanted, but they said to take an easy, and I can go shopping to get something to wear for the concert only if it's a couple hours", Danielle told her, "But I hope this cut and bruise heal up quick on my face and I ache like hell"

"I'll go get the release forms, be right back", Ashley told her as she left the room.

"God Mom I wish you were here now, I miss you so much", Danielle sighed as she broke down in tears. Ashley came to walk back in the room when she stopped at the door, she stood there for a moment as she watched Danielle cry, "God this is gonna take her awhile to get over with, and it had to happen so fast without her knowing, I hope the concert gets her feeling better", Ashley said to herself as she walked in.

"The papers ma'am", Ashley said with a smile as she gave her friend a hug, "I know Dani, I'm here for ya"

Ashley and Danielle had just finished shopping as they walked down the food court to get something to eat. A group of teenagers walked over to them. "Excuse can we ask you a question?", one of the girls asked.

"Yes, what is it?", Danielle asked wondering what they wanted.

"Are you Nick Carter's girlfriend?", she asked.

"What?", Danielle laughed, "What makes you think that?"

"You, there was a picture that Nick drew that looks exactly like you", the girl told her.

"The one on the Rosie show right?", Danielle asked as all the girls nodded. "Yea I saw that, but I'm not his girlfriend, sorry girls. I've never met Nick", Danielle explained to them.

"Oh ok sorry to be nosey but can I ask you a couple of questions", another girl asked as Danielle nodded, "What happened to your face, and can we have a picture with you?"

"Oh I was in a car accident yesterday, and umm sure why not", Danielle answered as the girls got next to her as Ashley took a couple pictures of them together with their camera.

"Thanks", all the girls said as they soon walked off.

"God Dani, I think that picture that Nick drew is gonna make you famous, ya never know you could be on a talk show next", Ashley laughed. Danielle laughed as well, "Well if that's how I have to make a living, I guess so", Danielle joked as they left for home.

AJ sat in the back of the tour bus later that afternoon after they had finished doing Rosie and since they had the night off he figured he would surf around the internet on his lap top.

"Gee I wonder if that Backstreet site as any news if that girl was spotted" , AJ thought as he typed in backstreet.net. He clicked over to go to news and read down quickly.

"Nick's drawing of a girl on the Rosie show was spotted", AJ whispered to himself as his eyes widened as he clicked on the link. The page loaded up as AJ began to read.

Nick Carter of the Backstreet Boys today on the Rosie show showed off some of his drawings. One of which contained of a girl, everybody is wondering who this girl is. Well today in New York a group of girls were lucky enough to spot her in the mall with a friend. The girls questioned her about the drawing. With that she just laughed it off and simply smiled and said sorry I don't know the Backstreet Boys or Nick Carter. But she agreed to have some pictures taken with the girls. One of the girls questioned her about the cut and bruises on her face and she answered and told them that she had been in a car accident the day before. But the questions still remain what is her name? Why did Nick draw her? Does she really know Nick? Is she his girlfriend?

"Damn this is really freaky. Nick said she was in a car accident", AJ said out loud as he scrolled down to see a couple pictures of the girls and the girl.

"Nick.Nick..NICK!!!!", AJ yelled.

"What? What?!", Nick whined as he jumped out of his bunk he was sleeping in and walked to the back.

"I think you might want to look at this little news about that drawing, the girl she is real she was spotted in New York in a mall with a friend, and she even says how she was in a car accident yesterday", AJ explained all in one breath. Nick's eyes widened as he jumped over next to AJ to look on his lap top to read the article and look at the pictures.

"Oh my god! I knew it! I knew she was real! YYYYEEESSS!", Nick yelled as all the others came running back.

"What? What happened?", Brian, Kevin, and Howie all asked in unison. "She's real guys she was spotted even pictures and I was right, she was in a car accident. Guys I just know it she's the one, and we're gonna be in New York for a concert at the end of the week!", Nick exclaimed with a big smile on his face as all the other guys checked it out.

"Danielle look you really are becoming famous, your all over on all these Backstreet Boys sites", Ashley laughed as Danielle walked over to the computer to see the article on herself and pictures up on a Backstreet Boys site.

"Man, I wonder how all those fans will react when they see I'm front row", Danielle laughed, "They all think that I'm his girlfriend. That wouldn't happen in a lifetime, I don't get in those long distance or famous people relationship"

"How you know, you've only been in one long distance relationship and all the others have been here, but you gotta give things a chance. Ya know what I wonder if Nick was having dreams about you too, cause you said you were having dreams about him right?", Ashley told her.

"Yea I was having dreams about him, but..", Danielle then stopped as she stood there like she was day dreaming.

"Danielle?", Ashley asked waving her hand in front of her face.

"Oh my god, your gonna think I'm crazy but I just saw this image of Nick, AJ, Brian, Howie, and Kevin on their tour bus with a lap top and they were on this site and Nick was saying something like Yes I knew she was real! Oh my god Ash, please put me in a psycho ward now before I really scare somebody", Danielle said freaking out. Ashley sat there in shock, "Woah"
