Although mostly done as a hobby, the cakes featured here date back to the early 70's, when I first started decorating, and up to 2002. Lack of a camera often prevented me from taking more pictures, which would have added to my website. A stroke ended my decorating days in Feb. 2002.
95% of the cakes on my site were decorated with my Whipped Buttercream (recipe came from my cake decorating teachers back in the early 70'2) and the rest were Straight Cream Cheese Icing and occasionally a blend of the two. See below for the recipes.
