Light a yellow candle indoors (be careful)- or one that you feel most goes along with your problem (Black NEVER represents problems! Use white if you're not sure.) And sit in quiet contemplation and pour into the flame of the candle everything that you can think about regarding the problem. Let all of your emotions flow into the flame. Envision the candle and flame just about to explode with all that you feel.
NOW go outside and let the wind extinguish the candle's
flame or dip the candle into a naturally occurring pool or puddle of water. Afterwards, bury the candle in a secluded place
and walk away.
