Let me start with saying I think its a shame, and I'm quite honestly offended, Lance Storm was not on the PPV itself. Anyhoo...RVD vs. Regal...not a bad match. Too fucking short for my taste. Really just a blatant reason to give RVD the damn belt, and quick. Ok, and good for a opener...***

But really, Christian/DDP should have been first. Although that was a really well done match, it should have come first. No buildup = first on card. **

Next up we have...Goldust vs. Maven for the Hardcore Title. It goes well, until Spike runs in and get the belt! Genius! Then here comes crash! Yay! Then the run to the backstage...double yay! Cut to the back...spike is fighting crash...Al Snow DRIVES into a wall (LOL) and then as Spike is getting out....A HURRICANE COMES THROUGH!! Oh man, never was I happier to see that man! Hurricane takes the belt and runs! Too sweet. ****
JOHNNY NOTE:Just cause Helms shows up you rate this like Super Crazy/Lynn? If Benoit had shit on the carpet rather than Lucy would that have made THAT segment four star? Well actually...

Angle vs. Kane is next...I reaaally wasn't looking forward to this...but man, these guys pulled it out. And was it just me, or did Angle pull as U.S.Agent with the black tights tonight? What's up with that?? Anyhoo...this match had some good storytelling to it and of course, they both brought out the best in each other. ***

Taker vs. Flair is up on deck...and holy hannah! This match really had some of the best psychology I've seen in the past ten years. Taker sold all of the spots and Flair...well dammit, its Flair. I mean really. I'm enjoying the hell out of this match because a) they WRESTLED in a NO DQ match so that b) it seems special when a weapon is used. I loved it. And then it happened...Flair ducks out of Takers way and he turns around into a WHAM!!! ARN ANDERSON SPINEBUSTER!!! Sweet shit that made my millenium!! The man is handicapped and he pulls it off....man...talk about childhood memories of the Four Horsemen...I honestly expected Ole and Tully to come out...oh man. Talk about a great one. ****

More hardcore stuff happened. Hurricane got clobbed by Molly! lol yeah that was cool.

Edge vs. Booker T. Ok this match gets my "Best PPV Sign of the Night" Award. Will the man who had the "THEY'RE FIGHTING OVER SHAMPOO!!!" sign please stand up? Otherwise, this match was sweet. And Canada...we know you just couldn't get enough of the Spin a Rooni!! You canucks are funny Skittles. Anyways, there we some great back and forths and a supremely done finish. Man, I have to give it up. Even though Edge won, it was a spectacular match. ***

Hall vs. Austin...man who the fuck did Austin give a pale ale to, to get THIS FAR DOWN on the WRESTLEMANIA card?? Ok Vince, the man who made you your cash in the 90s here. Give him some respect. Anyhoo...great match really. Having Nash out there really made it a spectacular one. But they cut it too damn short. It needed to be longer and it left me really wanting more. It felt like something that should have been on a crappy PPV. Still...*** star match. Hall and Nash sold...and I think that when Nash ran around the ring that was the fastest he'd run in 2 years.

Fatal Four way for the Tag Titles. Ok, this match was the ONLY crappy match. It just sucked. Billy and Chuck do NOT equal West Hollywood Blondes...OR GOOD. Gah. If it wasn't for the Dudleys, this would have been TOTAL shit. Wait, amend that, if it wasn't for the Dudleys AND Stacy's round little butt...this would have been a less than * match.

Here we go....Hogan vs. Rock. Man damn. This match left me emotionally drained. It was just that good. They even got a Rocky sucks chant going on. If nothing, the Canadians get my respect for that. HULKAMANIA RAN WILD DAMMIT!!! And holy shit, I felt like a 6 year old again. Ahhh...and when he pointed....WHATCHA GONNA DO????? Man, it felt so good to just enjoy wrestling again. And geez, when Nash & Hall came in and turned on Hogan...yeah. The Kliq is a comin' back. Cool. ****

Jazz vs. Lita vs. Trish You mean the PPV isn't over?? That wasn't the last match??? Rock nearly crying on the stage with Hogan WASN'T THE CLIMAX of Wrestlemania 18?? Oh ok. Well this match was crap. Woot, Jazz does all the work and retains. Ho hum. Whatever. Oh and Maven got the HC title back. Yay. *

Triple Roids vs. Y2J w/ Dazzler Well shit, the most PREDICTABLE match of the year went down just as planned and just how EVERYONE knew it was going to be worked. Triple H did sell his injury well, but as usual proved to show that he can only be in a match where he gets an instant squash over Jericho. Way to make Jericho look like a champ there. How does it feel to hold your first WCW title Hunter? I mean, it'll be gone tomorrow when they debut that shiny new belt. Well, this match gets a ** on JERICHO's part. Way to take it to the boinkin boss' daughter champ. This should have come BEFORE Hogan and Rock. But you all know that. Rating:9/10.
