~~ON MY WAY~~

I was on my way somewhere I cant remember where
I remember thinking 'am I sure the place I want is there?'
I came across a winding road full of ruts and stones
From the forests either side I heard mournful groans
I tried to leave my rocky path and see if I could aid
But something held me on the path so I knelt down and prayed
Suddenly the noises ceased and bird song filled the air
I looked at the path I travelled no stone or rut was there
I went onward so easily my mind relieved of fear
For I knew that a power greater than all always would be near.
