Don't Give Up

When the world makes you cry,

And you just wish that you could die.

Hold your head up to the sky,

And don’t you dare ask why.

The world isn’t always fair,

Sometimes it’s just a bad day of hair.

But other times it’s a major care,

Sometimes your naive like a teddy bear.

The world isn’t just what it usta be,

Sometimes the troubles makes you want to flee.

Truth and faith aren’t the only key,

You have to be careful now days you see.

The world isn’t safe as it once was,

People kill and steal just because.

We should time to pray and pause,

For to see this problems cause.

On May, 4th 1996 I wrote this after

Lindsey Snider got her purse stolen;

this is dedicated to her.
