Comments: Modems are one of the most interesting things in the world. This may be a 33.6K modem, but sometimes it has been a great tool and some times, it has been an extreme frustration. There can be a million things that cause your connection to mess up. It has many great capabilities that a more modern modem has. I am not sure sometime whether it is my phone line or modem or computer registries or modem registries or ISP that sometimes has the problem. Sometimes you may hear high squeaking if something goes wrong with the connection. Once you experience a LAN it is hard to go back, but this modem is still really quite fast. I can live with it.

Mach III joystick... Comments: Comes with a stick.exe or stick.bas program that allows you to coordinate movement. Not always accurate. The side bars and two rotator adjusments sometimes slip and makes the joystick inaccurate. There are three buttons but two buttons are the same. This joystick was originally bought for my old XT computer to play After Burner (wow!) Now it is still compatible with my Windows 95 Internet capable computer. I think that is neat when I play certain games requiring joystick... Very plug and play compatible.

Logitech Cordless itouch keyboard... Not bad though....Wish it had a mouse pad in with it and was ergonomic. I used this on my roommate's computer and it is very good since I can move it around all about and hecan write while sitting in his bed (say when he's instant messaging his friends).

Mac yo-yo mouse: Rather poor design, especially for grownups. It is basically a circular mouse that does not really contour itself to the adult human hand. It is called a yo-yo mouse due to its similarity in shape and appearance. I'd say this is cute for the kids. Not for those that enjoy ergonomics. Get a Logitech USB mouse, which is better designed. It feels better too. Sure it is usable, but why use something that feels awkward. Trackball style. Single click button. Comes in Mac colors.

PowerMac G3 I've heard this is supposedly more stable... Well, both yes and no. Both PC and Macs have their moments. It is great and really speedy for graphics programs such as Adobe Photoshop due to its color quality. It is too bad their speakers are internal sort of. I think this computer over all looks like a big plastic toy, but it does perform well. In some modem tests Netscape seemed faster than Internet Explorer. While on a PC, it seemed the other way with Internet Explorer appearing to load images and text faster than Netscape. I like its ease of use.and simplicity and often few errors. If you run out of memory it will tell you. It is too bad though that the Macintosh browser software is often a step behind in Java and some security authentication also. Otherwise this is a pretty good computer. (I have to use both PC and Macs at college and like it, so Macs are just as good.)

Mac keyboard. My first impression of this keyboard was how tiny it felt compared to a PC keyboard. I like a big manly keyboard and this color plastic keyboard felt like a toy compared the standard Windows compatible keyboard that comes most computers. It is not very ergonomic either. I recommend this keyboard for younger kids who are beginning to use a computer since it would best suit their hands better. Or you could use this keyboard as a really big nutcracker. Black keys a plug in connector on the top right. Also a reset button on the top right. I wish sometimes it had a Delete key like in windows which deleted what was ahead instead of behind the cursor.
