Psi Xi Omicron is a community service based sorority founded in 1989 at Daemen College and was officially on campus in 1992. This sorority was organized because our founding memebers Valerie Swarts Pumford, Donna Fullager, Christine Coller, Jackie Toppin, Stacey Barron, Kelly Jo Robins, and Katherine Olochonowiz found that none of the existing groups at Daemen College interested them. They wanted a different type of organization, one focused on giving back to the community and having fun doing community service.
