The following is the information I have on the Hopper Family:
David Hopper born abt 1660 in Bertie North Carolina md Elizabeth.
David Hopper born abt 1680 married Elizabeth Freeman
William Hopper Sr. Born ab1705 in Bertie, North Carolina
Charles Hopper Sr. born abt 1732 married Susannah or Sarah
Elizabeth Hopper born abt 1775 married Joseph McClure.
Under Construction, Disclaimer: Some of the information I have is incomplete. For example, it is not 100% proven that Vienna McClure is the wife of Clark L. Johnson. (I recently found (Nov 1999) where Clark Johnson md Viena Young in Cherokee Co Kansas in 1867, and that Wesley Young and Viena Young were in Bourbon Co. Kansas prior to her marriage to Clark Johnson. Did Wesley Young die or was there a divorce?) We are about 98% sure that she is the one but need to find more information. Vienna McClure md 1st John Wesley "Dick" Young.
