Dec 1999-present		NETWORK AND INTRANET ADMINISTRATOR, FORD MOTOR COMPANY PHILIPPINES
		Perform normal system administration activities such as network configuration, disk space management, virus scan updates, and security log monitoring. Administer user account such as Profs, Network, Internet, and SecurID. Configure network connection and file restoration as required. Troubleshoot system problems as they arise. Install and configure application software as needed. Assist in tracking license statuses and maintenance and upgrade agreements. Keeps abreast of computer industry advances. Be able to advise on future equipment acquisitions. Assist in market surveys, price quotes, and purchase specifications. Led the development of the Process Leadership - Philippines website mainly for support and added information on the system used. Extended the usability of Intranet as a tool for collaboration within Ford in the Philippines (FIP) by leading the development of FIP Intranet. Developed HelpDesk Reporting Tool that generates and analyzes trend of Helpdesk calls weekly and monthly. Later on made a study of developing a Web-based Application named Technical Support Reporting System (TSRS)

		Assisted Development Supervisor in gathering data on Engineering Department; Created an inventory Control Database system to track and monitor computer equipment in the bank. Improved the existing system through computer interaction to result in lower work load for employees. RESEARCH PROJECTS
Jan 1998 - Sep 1999		INTERNET MEETING COMPANION
		A Web-based meeting tool and group idea generation system. It aids in the planning and setting of meetings, saves data regarding adjourned meetings, and provides features that cater to the needs of the different types of participants involved in the meetings. In the IMC system, meetings may be held on the Web, wherein the system coordinates the flow of the meeting, or at a different venue where participants meet in one place. It was created using Java, HTML, and JavaScript.

Apr - May 1998		INVENTORY CONTROL DATABASE SYSTEM
		A software for United Coconut Planters Bank to track and monitor computer equipment in the bank. Improved the existing system through computer interaction to result in lower work load for employees.

Mar - Apr 1998		SCRIPT CONVERTER 1.0
		A DOS-based program designed for the Guidance Office, College of Computer Studies, De La Salle University, as a tool for creating assessment tests that may be accessed by students through the Internet. These assessment tests intend to aid the student in his or her personal development.
