Worked as Junior Engineer (Mechanical) for operations & maintenance w.e.f. 28-11-87 to 19-06-89 in the Engineering Dept. Of Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education  & Research, Chandigarh.

Worked as Lecturer (Mech.Engg.) in Govt. Polytechnic Batala of Punjab State Board of Technical Education, Chandigarh. w.e.f. 20-06-1989 to 07-11-1996

Working as Assistant Professor in the Department. Of  Mechanical. & Production  Engineering at   Beant College of Engineering & Technology, Gurdaspur  affiliated to Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar  w.e.f. 08-11-1996 to date in the pay scale of Rs. 12000-18000.  in the basic pay of Rs.13260/- PM
