Comparing A FaceliftTo Facial Exercise
How And Why Facial Exercise Works
Keeping Facial Exercise Easy
If you are considering facial exercise. This program includes resistance exercises which reduces excess fat in the face which can create problems such as a double chin or bags under the eyes.
The program, also, include isometric exercises which force muscles within the face to push against each other and build solid muscle tone. Areas like the upper eyes and cheek muscles are toned and again support the muscles of the face effectively as is natural in younger faces, and therefore support the skin.
Due to this my program comes with a guarantee, it works.
I turn on my TV and I see that the electronic facelift and facial toning devices are being promoted all over the tv set. However, because I sell a program I get calls and orders from people who have ordered these big expensive programs.
These programs have the money and the ads but they have a down side. I have people order my program after using these programs. They report headaches, irritation to skin, and pain to dental work. (As we age our skin thins and become delicate). There are herbals and vitamins that can reduce this natural progression however, and I include that information in my program) However, putting electricity to the face on aging skin might develop some muscle tone in some areas, however, they do miss some spots, including the lips and lower jaw and often cause skin irritation.
These programs took technology used to heal bones and they are promoting it to the general public to make the face move. My program gets all the muscle groups and you are not dependant on a devise that can break or can irritate the skin. It took me ten years to find a group of exercises that targeted the entire face, and it works. Although, I have had a guarantee with my program, I have yet to refund a dime. How often do I have to do the program.
For most people twice weekly for the first month.Once weekly after a month is usually enough for most people.

There has been much debate about facial exercise. Several programs are available. They vary greatly. One uses elastic bands and weights, one uses low grade electical charge, and one uses a facial covering. Many people act as if the idea that facial exercise could help the face is ridiculous, but what is odd is that it could be believed that facial exercise can help every area of the body and not help the face.
Many people are confused by statements which conclude the overuse of muscles can cause the creation and exagarration of wrinkles. The statement is part true, and part false. What actually happens is that some muscles are worked often and some are barely used, which basically lets the skin fold into crevices. Skin is not evenly distributed because it is not evenly supported. When law-enforcement is looking for someone and a bust or drawing is created of an adult personality and demeanor are taken into consideration. Attitude can draw lines on your face.My program works and comes with a guarantee. My program utilizes all the muscles of the face. Those often used and those rarely used to create an even skin tone. It is not unusual with my program to see a difference in a week, due to the isometric exercises in the program, which mean your muscles really have to work, and this speeds up the process. The isometrics mean you don't have to spend 8 to 10 hours a week on facial exercise to see the benefits. Two twenty minute sessions are usually enough to see a major difference in your face in 10 to fourteen days.
My program is probably the least expensive on the market, and it comes with no attachments.
My program requires from 14 to 20 minutes twice weekly compared to an hour 6 or 7 times a week with other programs. The reason is isometrics, muscle against muscle action.
I recently did an interview with a California paper and I became aware that many of the facial exercise programs are complex and very expensive. Several have to have loads of training videos, on-line training seminars and so forth. I often have people who order my program after trying some of the more expensive programs, and they are dissatified with the complex programs. They involve hours a week to get the desired result.
For example, a woman called me who had used an electrical device which stimulted the muscles, an expensive device that sends a mild electric charge through the face. She reported that it was hard to find the specific area where you are supposed to place the machine, and it hurt her when she positioned it wrong. I heard from her later and she was really happy with the results of my simple program. She had already memorized the simple exercises and was seeing positive results.
The history of facial exercise has been filled with people who knew the truth, that exercise can benefit all the body. However, the programs are often filled with exercises which fail to really hit the mark. In one exercise program for example individuals are told to roll their eyes in a circle 15 times, as well as many other resistance exercises which mean a lot of work, but fail to build the muscle tone to support the skin properly. The difference is much like lifting your hands above your head compared to doing the same exercise holding hand weights. The exercises using hand weights force the muscles to tone rapidly, so that the skin in supported evenly.
Isometric exercise on the other hand forces muscles to tone quickly, removing the need to endless repetitions to attempt to make the muscles of the face support the skin evenly.
