Fantastic gold and silver identification pin of Smith Pine of the 1st Independent Battery, Massachusetts Light Artillery. The top crossed cannon section of his pin has applied gold flames at the very top. It is inscribed Battery A, Mass. Lgt. Artly. The bottom cross section is inscribed Smith Pine.
