Taste and buy limited release varietals or a single bottle to go with gourmet dishes like pate, wild hare, pigeon, corn-fed chicken and fresh yabbies.
KAISER STUHL CONSERVATION PARK
After indulging in vast quantities of gourmet food, wine, arts and history you may need some quiet time with nature. The Kaiser Stuhl Conservation Park has excellent bushwalking or you can join the famous Heysen walking trail where it passes through the valley, or hire a bike for the Mawson cycling trail.

The Butcher, Baker, Winemaker trail
has been designed to set you on the right path. Visit local butchers who
specialise in wursts and smallgoods, bakers for fresh breads and cakes and
cellar doors for premium wines. Other home-grown specialities include preserves,
mustards, sauces, chocolates and olives.
